when i feel ill with period pains he always asks me whats the matter and i say nothing then he says 'is it that time of the month?' and im like yeah and if this happens at his house and we are gonna go out he is just like if you feel bad we dont have to go out we will stay in and watch tv, and he will get me a paracetamol and a cup of tea do you think that is sweet? considering he is a boy but the worst thing is we go to a private school and have had to move but we moved to the same school, except there is a boys school and girls school and they are like not connected atall, he promised me we would be friends forever but how can i be sure we will not fall apart???????? because he is the best friend i have ever had in my life

communication is the key

Nobody can ever be sure that they won't fall apart or grow apart or just find other people more interesting ... but if you communicate with him and he communicates with you on a regular basis this is less likely to happen

keep in touch via the internet or phone. you could also write letters and send pictures. i can`t promise you won`t fall apart, because hun, truth is, people fade away from each other overtime, even very close friends. i`ve faded away from a lot of my friends, and it`s because we`ve grown up and grown apart, but the important thing is, you guys still talk. there`s no promise you won`t .. feel distance, but as long as you guys still communicate, you`ll always have a friend♥
