I just feel like crap and hate when my weight goes up for any reason, water weight or not.

sometimes up to 5 pounds it happens to everyone and it sucks but hey you just gotta deal with it

Water weight, maybe a half a pound to a pound, at the very most.

I gain 2-3 pounds of water weight during my period, which is extremely annoying to someone who is working extremely hard to lose a lot of weight and weighs herself every single morning!

u may gain 2 or 3 pounds but it is from retaining fluid but it will lose it after ur period.

Honestly I don't gain anyway. Sometimes i feel like I have, but the scales says tells me I'm imaging things.
