yes, it's your bodies way of telling you it wants to have some sex. I'ts healthy.
Why is it scary? Nightmares with like freddy kruger are scary.... sex dreams are great! You should be waking up with a smile on your face

Theres no need to worry, people have vivid dreams all the time and you should take this as a compliment because obviously the sex is that good between you he replays them in his sleep :) Its a good thing you should be proud :)

Yes, It very normal I'm a male and have wet dreams but they feel real good when I ejaculate but then I have to clean up.

Normally I have sex dreams when I haven't had any sex for awhile.
