Oh I go through the same thing. You need to talk to your doctor. Its called PMDD. It has something to do with your hormones. Your doctor may suggest birth control pills. I just relax. Stay away from people, things, or places that seem to tick you off. One thing for sure schedule that appointment.

Very, very normal, my dear! I just got over my period a few days ago. It lasts a whole week, if you can imagine, but I get PMS. Sometimes my PMS is bad some months, sometimes it's not so bad and I don't get the blues. The months where it's the most manageable is when I eat the best diet and exercise very well. If this is a problem for you, you'll need to find a way to discipline yourself so that you can eat a clean diet and exercise as studies have proven success with alleviating PMS. Try this, you may be pleasantly surprised!
BTW: Stay away from the drugs for PMS. You don't want to mess with your hormones and put them on drugs. Hormonal function is a normal thing. How many women do you know who don't suffer from PMS? I don't know any! They ALL do! Alleviate it with diet and exercise. My PMS has subsided since I've changed my lifestyle. Try it....

It sucks. I get extra emotional and cry about everything! I haven't found anything to subside that feeling yet though, I think it's just one of those things where we have to deal with it and hope for the best. Sorry =[ If you find something that helps me stop crying right before I start let me know! I want it! =]

Yes to all the above. Not only all the above but I also have a difficult time thinking and doing my job. My husband avoids me, my kids tiptoe around me. I end up doing alot of apologizing because I feel bad after wards.

Yes very much so. I get road rage and usually freak out on one or two people. Feel awfully fat and depressed. Not much you can do about it except realize that is what is happening.

these are all common before during and after menstruation, there are over te counter meds, you can take, you could drink chamomile tea, take hot baths, if bad enough you might have to see a Dr. welcome to womanhood, just think you have until your 40's-50's to deal with it
