This is just my second time but I just got done with it a couple weeks ago. I'm five months pregnant. I only sleep with my husband, and the last time was when I got pregnant. Whats the batieria thing? How do you get that and would it do anything to the baby?

Probably, the first time you didn't completely eradicate the bacteria and finish your therapy to remove the bacteria. They say that once you get it, they will reoccur due to past infection. Best thing is go to your GYN and get some antibiotics or treatment. Always good to be safe and get it checked out.

Sometimes eating too much sugar can be the cause for repeated yeast infections.
Over-the-counter natural acidoplilus (basically the same healthy bacteria that are in yoghurt) can help alleviate and prevent yeast infection. It's safe during pregnancy. But do check with your doctor first.

tight clothing/underwear restrict your 'parts' from getting fresh air and can trap harmful bacteria which cause infection. Trust me, I have a close girlfriend that used to get yeast infections all the time and she wore her pants skin tight cuz she was convinced that her body was 2 sizes smaller than she really was.

all sorts of things get out of whack when a girl is pregnant. it's not uncommon for bacteria and yeast levels to get messed up, too. we all have bacteria and yeast in our bodies, and altered hormone levels can make some proliferate faster than usual. if you've seen the doctor for it, and he says the baby's okay, then i'm sure it is.

you can get a yeast infection by wearing tight pants, not wearing coton underware, and washing your vagina with soap.you can kill the good bacteria by washing with soap. rinse with warm water, dont douch
