the reason she is so worried about it is probably because im only 13........and because she knows that my best friend is also 13 and has already lost her virginity.......or so she says

well, if she's taking you for your first gynocological exam, i suppose that could be it.thing is, you can break your hymen riding a horse, so.......not foolproof.
she could just be calling your bluff, thinking you'll tell all. if you've got nothing to tell, don't sweat it. you don't mention your age or if your aunt is your legal guardian. if you're over eighteen and she's not your legal guardian, tell her nicely that it's none of her f........ business.

Your aunt has no right to make you have a "test" done and she most certainly does not have access to the results. Due to doctor patient confidentiality laws, even if she paid for the bill.
As dragonkiss said doctors can tell if you have had sex, but while you may not have had sex, your hymen can tear trough a number of ways, e.g horse riding etc.
Have you spoken to your mother about this, or some other trusted adult? I would hope that they would intervene, and prevent this from happening.
Personally I feel it none of your aunts business, and if you do not want to do it, then DON'T, you have rights and she is breaching your rights and not respecting your thoughts or feelings.

Your virginity or lack thereof is really none of your aunt's business, and I find it very creepy that she's so obsessed with it. Do you have a trusted teacher or other family member that you can talk about this with?
I suspect your aunt is talking about your hymen. This is a thin layer of tissue, usually shaped like a crescent, that goes around the entrance to your vagina. Often it tears the first time you have sex, but some girls tear it through vigorous physical activity, others aren't born with much of one, and some girls have one that's stretchy enough that they don't really lose it until they give birth!
A doctor can look and see if your hymen still exists, but I wonder how many of them (at least in the US) would be really delighted about reporting this to your aunt.

In reality nobody can tell whether your a virgin or not but if a doctor checks on it the very least he/she can do is look for lacerations, broken hymen and some sperm cells (for rape victim). Hymen is the most common indicator but many reason for it to break. An active woman may break her hymen in riding a horse, cycling and such similar activities that requires flexibility and stretch your pussy. But it is obvious if there has been a penetration of foreign object cause it would have laceration.

A doctor would be able to tell if you have an intact hymen, but even if you didn't, that would not mean that you have had intercourse. There are several ways to tear the hymen. The dr would not be able to share any findings with your aunt due to patient confidentiality laws.

shes probably talking about a pap smear if that is it they stick a very long qtip up in you and test for deseases and i guess they can tell if youre a virgin but only you know and no doctor can tell you different you can just tell your aunt that shes going to waste her time on getting you a "virgin test" but either way a pap test is good for you (but it doesnt feel good)
