I was just fired from my job over a medical problem that I have had for over 10 years. I have been at the job for over a year. I was fired because of the fact that I have Crohns disease and I had missed some days from work because of it. At the staffing agency I didnt have any personal sick time or short term disability from the job I could take. So I had took a month off to recoorperate I told my staffing manager at the agency what was going on she said ok. So when I got better I contacted the agency to place me at a new assignment to work. She said that I need a note from the Dr stating that I could start back to work and that this would not interfere with me missing any more days. I was fine for 2 months I started back I had missed 1 day for illness and missed another I had an med emergency & had to miss the whole day I have an drs note excusing me when i came back the next day they fire me and didnt want to see my dr's excuse Should I sue??? Help

things just seem weird recently.. like i cant stay focused on things... such as the computer screen... or tv.... like i can read everything but it seems a lil fuzzy.. what could this this be from.. im 21.. and have never had any vision problems...jus lookin for some answers... really effects baseball... jus dont know whats differerent.. but i can seem to see the ball as well... and fly balls jus seem to dissapear and reappear....especially when im runnin after them...

My husband leaves has not takn out his contacs for more than a day in about 6 months he even sleeps with them if he does take them out its only to clean them and thats only for a few minutes then they go right back in what could he be doing to his eyes he says they dont bother him and hes tired of me naging....

I think this Clonidine patch used for ADHD permenately supressed my emotions when I wore it for a few months. I think I had to change it every 3 days.

I'm taking a simple Women's One-A-Day multivitam every morning with breakfast. If I don't take it with food it comes back up or I get very nauseous Recently, even if do take it with food, I get heart burn and or nauseous.

Are there any "gentle" multi-vitamins out there? I've tried different brands, but each is on par with the one I'm taking now.

i'm pretty much sick- so i took tylenol extra strenght (for my headache and fever) and dayquil cough (for my chest cough) can those two medicines togethor cause complications? i took tylenol and im still achy/feverish how long does it take to work?? thanks

This all started after i was sniffing cocaine. Well one day i was sniffing coke and felt like i did too much, my mouth was dry my heart was beating fast; i thought i overdoesed and thought i was going to have a heart attack. But my mom said its probably gas, i took pepto bismol and it seemed better. Anyways this was like 6 months ago, i still get a discomfort in my chest time to time, and am worried im gonna have a heart attack. I stopped doing coke ever since i thought i overdosed. The wierd thing is I seem to burp or fart allot now too when i have this discomfort in the chest, and pepto bismol makes it better. I had a EGC done and everything is normal. Can cocaine mess up your digestive system. I have no shortness of breath or sharp pain, just a wierd feeling in my chest and its worring me as im still young and dont want to die. Please help what do you guys think is the problem.

I keep getting little coughing fits where my eyes and nose streams and it feels like my throats swelling up. It doesn't last long, and I'm fine the rest of the time, I can't figure out what's causing it though. Any ideas please?

I am a 16 year old boy, who has severely crossed eyes and behind some thick farsighted lenses the crossing of the eyes are even more noticied. I live in Sao Paulo and there are not a single day that I am not teased at school or elsewhere. I am very shy of my eyes AND my funny glasses; (you wouldn't believe if you see it), and I even hate them or hate to talk about them and maybe because of that, I have no friends, even at school. What should I do to change this situation? I've had four surgeries with insatisfatory results. Any answer or suggestions would be appreciated.

I am 14 years old, and next week I am going in for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy.

As stupid as this sounds, I am kind of scared as to whats going to happen.
I guess my question is: What exactly happens, and will it hurt or be uncomfortbale?

I think I will be sedated, but Im not sure...Im also nervous about the prep stuff that I have to drink, as those kinds of things make me nauseous.

Any tips or expierences are apprecitated!!

Okay, so I've worn glasses for as long as I can remember!! I'm really tired of them. My dad says contacts are bad because they will get stuck in my eyes and I won't be able to get them out, and I'll have to go get surgery to remove them or something like that. But he doesn't have to wear glasses 24/7, so he doesn't know what it's like. Once I was playing soccer, and I got hit in the face with a ball, and the glasses broke, and they also scratched my face!! So I don't want to wear glasses anymore. Please inform me about contacts. How do they work and are they safe? Do they fall out easily? Should I just stick to wearing glasses for the rest of my life? I'm in a school play right now, and I have a big part, but yesterday my nose was stuffed up and today my nose is still stuffy AND my voice sounds funny. Does anyone have a VERY quick cure to this, because the first performance is on Wed. PLEASE HELP!!! :(
