I'm taking a simple Women's One-A-Day multivitam every morning with breakfast. If I don't take it with food it comes back up or I get very nauseous Recently, even if do take it with food, I get heart burn and or nauseous.

Are there any "gentle" multi-vitamins out there? I've tried different brands, but each is on par with the one I'm taking now.

My suggestion would be to go to GNC and look into their multivitamin/mineral supplements. GNC has rigorous testing for their products and they are in the business of health. I mean no disrespect to the others that have posted to this question but buying those generic multivitamins is practically worthless. CVS, Wal-mart, and other stores are not in the business of health. They only carry the bare minimum of quality merchandise especially concerning health products. The only problem I have with GNC is that their multivitamin/mineral supplements are not isotonic. Isotonic is a term that simply means that it is uptaken into your bloodstream immediately without having to go through your digestive tract. This is important as you can lose absorption of important nutrients. With that being said you are still much better off with GNC. Two quick points before I go. Every single human being needs to be on a multivitamin/mineral supplement because no one on this planet eats the perfect diet so we are always missing valuable nutrients. Lastly, products like centrum, one-a-day, etc. usually have an absorption rate of between 10-20%. I would rather spend my money on a product that gives me a little more in return than that! Good luck on your search. Hope this helps.

If you are having so much trouble taking a simple Vitamin maybe you should check with a GYN and see if there are other problems or reasons that the other the counter vitamins are not working.

I have never found a vitamin that doesn't upset my stomach. But I have never tried flintstones chewables. My daughter took those flintstones while she was pregnant and so did my brother that has had gastric by pass.

They were both instructed by the doctors to take 2 chewables a day.

I take the CVS store brand multi-vitamins because I used to have the same problem. They don't make me nauseous and they are tasteless.

the main suitable thank you to get supplementations is to get them from organic materials, meaning from foodstuff (and in relation to nutrition D, from a couple of minutes of solar exposure in keeping with day). in case you consume a healthful balanced weight-help plan, you ought to no longer have any desire for a multi-nutrition except you have a deficiency pointed out with the help of your checklist or while you're pregnant and desire a prenatal nutrition. The human physique would not desire extensive quantities of any nutrition, this is why a typical healthful weight-help plan often can provide adequate. Too in many circumstances, people spend distinctive money on multi-supplementations just to have maximum of it flushed down the bathroom. Your physique can in elementary terms use maximum of the B & C supplementations, and if there is too lots, the surplus is going out of the physique in urine (it makes urine rather extraordinary merely approximately neon yellow). supplementations A, D, E, and ok receive in the physique-- they are no longer flushed out, yet are stored in the liver and physique fat. in case you devour too lots of them, it rather is poisonous on your physique.

The best way to take your multivitamins is to put it in a little bit of Peanut butter, or just take it with a little cheese, just a little something not to aggravate your stomach lining.
