I've taken Airborne, Cold Lozenges, and Sore Throat Drops. I ate Oatmeal for breakfast. What else should I do?

P.S. I won't drink tea (out of the question, can't stand the stuff)

As long as you do not have a blood pressure problem: use dayquil- it will seem as if the cold is on hold. ALso, keep drinking water or juice during the day. It isn't the cold that makes you feel so bad it is dehydration from fever--keep hydrated-- good luck -k-

Use the 4 hours to sleep.

Then at work, constantly drink lotsa water and pop in some vitamin C pills while you're at it.

Try boiling a pot of water and breathing in the steam. Of course, don't get too close to the pot as steam burns lol. If that does not work can't you take the day off?

Take some contacts day and night medicine. Day pills help you stay focus and keep you from getting tired in work and night pills help you sleep like a baby.

FInd a decongestant that won;t make you drowsy
