I have a really hard time swallowing pills. I have only been able to swallow one pill in my life and that was after about 10-20 minutes of gulping down water, trying to get it down. So, is there anyway I could make swallowing pills easier for me?
I've tried crushing them up and putting them in my water, but I end up puking five seconds after drinking the water.

Ok hey guys, I've been sick for the past 3 days at first it was just a sore throat but now my head hurts, I'm tired like to the point I just want to sleep all day long, my body hurts a bit, I have headaches coming and going and also sometimes my nose is clogged up then it isnt. I don't know if this helps but I've also been nauses at night for the past week but since friday night it went away... i dont have a fever either so what the heck is it?

My 6 year old son had a head injury yesterday. There was no loss of consciousness, however, approximately 18 hours after he developed a high temperature (105), which is controllable when given cataflam. The fever is recurring after approximately 4 hours and usually in the same range (104.5 - 105)

He complains of headache and he seems disoriented (only with the fever)

He has no other symptoms (like cough, sneezes, etc...to indicate a viral or bacterial infection)

Can this be associated with a serious head injury?

I've been feeling burnt out by a lot of work recently. What do you (personally) do when you want to recharge? I usually take a bath & read magazines in the tub, but I'm looking for some more ideas.

the question may sound silly and easily answered, let me elaborate.
first of all, over the past few years ive been getting brutal heatburn/reflux/indegestion from a lot of things, especially drinking alcohol. I almost always feel something is 'stuck' in my esophoghas. (btw, i have taken every otc and even tried nexium for a month - no help)
I seem to get far sicker far easier from drinking than my peers. I consider a 'hangover' to mean ive been vomiting for hours. I realized that most people i talk to rarely become ill from drinking. I sometimes get bad hangovers on nites that i drank but never got drunk. i also rarely vomit while imbibing, its always the next morning. what gives?
please spare me talks about quitting drinkjng altogether...i like my drink and want to be able to have a social cocktil without it feeling as my guts are being ripped up!
I dont have health insurance and am not in a postion to pay for a doc.

ok. I asked this question before but no one aswered. My friend always has sex with a blanket. He put it in the hamper like last week. Today he took it out of the bottom of the hamper and put his..um...you get it....into the blanket and it smelled really bad. Now he is worried he has aids. He did this a lot, but he did it to a dirty blanket and there is a lot of his semen on it, I was like "eww" when he told me this, but he is worried that he has aids, and he's only thirteen, does he have aids, the blanket was at the bottom of the hamper, is there a way to clam him down, and if he does have aids is there a way to get ride of it, what are the signs of aids, how can I calm him down?

My female friend (who is not on her period or close) is suffering from pain bellow her belly button and hips as if she were having feminine cramps. It is an even pain from left to right, so I don't think she has appendicitis, and she says it feels pressured and bloated but she is going to the bathroom and eating normally. Is there any diagnosis for her discomfort? She has no other negative symptoms like fever or headache. I will get her to take some Tylenol, but would also like to know, out of curiosity what plausible causes there are for her discomfort.

I'm 18 and I am 5'10", which I know isn't short, the thing is my dad is 6'3" my mom is only 5'2", but the doctor told me I would be at least 6 foot. Is there any hope for me to reach this even though I'm already 18?
