the healthiest sleeping position is one that is aimed at placing your entire spine in a neutral position.

That means sleaping on your back with a small pillow placed right under your legs where your knee creases are and a CERVICAL pillow under your head. A cervical pillow is an orthopedic pillow shapped especially for your head and allows your neck to be in a neutral posture, which most peoples' arent.

The next best way is to sleep on your side with the same cervical pillow and the same small pillow placed between your knees. You should make a habbit of switching sides so as not to cut off circulation to one shoulder.

Also, never sleep with your arms above your head.

A Position In Which The Spine Is Supported, As Well As The Head In A Naturalistic Way. Usually The Best Source Of Comfort Is From Laying On Your Back. If You Can't Find Any Comfortable Position, Try Adding A Mattress Pad. There Are More Factors That Affect You Sleep, However. Sugar And Caffiene Can Affect Sleep As Well As Nicotine Among Smokers. Stop Caffiene Consumption A Couple Hours Before Bed, As Well As Sugar Intake. And If You're A Smoker, Smoke Your Last Cigarette Around 2 Hours Before Bed, Or As Far From Bed Time As Possible.

The best way to sleep is laying straight on your back without a pillow just a towel rolled up in a roll under your neck. Also, you should keep the palms of your hands facing upwards.
