heating pads and bananas of ne sort work really well!

Tylenol, advil, midol, dozing, workout, warm tub, heating pads, eating quite a number of water, eating a banana. I certainly have the worst cramps ever they get so undesirable that I certainly have even surpassed out some circumstances yet anyhow if yours are this undesirable you could pass on your physician and get drugs or start administration. good success!

Drink lots of water, take iron pills (optional), and when I get cramps I use the icy/hot patch on my abdomen area

Abdominal exercises are the best.
