This all started after i was sniffing cocaine. Well one day i was sniffing coke and felt like i did too much, my mouth was dry my heart was beating fast; i thought i overdoesed and thought i was going to have a heart attack. But my mom said its probably gas, i took pepto bismol and it seemed better. Anyways this was like 6 months ago, i still get a discomfort in my chest time to time, and am worried im gonna have a heart attack. I stopped doing coke ever since i thought i overdosed. The wierd thing is I seem to burp or fart allot now too when i have this discomfort in the chest, and pepto bismol makes it better. I had a EGC done and everything is normal. Can cocaine mess up your digestive system. I have no shortness of breath or sharp pain, just a wierd feeling in my chest and its worring me as im still young and dont want to die. Please help what do you guys think is the problem.

Man ya got to slow down. Your chest is hurting cause the caine put Ur heart in over drive & Ur chest muscles are still sore. If pepto makes ya feel better take it. Remember this 1 thing if you don't remember anything else today. What U do to your body when Ur young U will feel it & pay for it later in life. I'm 50 & ran wild till a few years ago, but that's another story. I suggest you take it easy for a while. You'll be alright. You deeply bruised your chest muscles. take care of your self. hope I gave you something to think about.
