When your weight stops to decrease? being desperate?
Because I was sick, I gained almost 25 pounds in one summer. Later I worked pretty hard to lose some weight. I didn't go on a diet. But I ate very healthy food and went to gym three times a week. It worked very well. From the September of 2005 to the June of 2006, I lost almost 20 pounds. I recommend a type of exercise---"core". It helped me reduce at least 2 inches on the waist. Then I found it very hard to lose any more weight. Since the July of 2006, my weight stopped to decrease. Because I looked okay, I stopped exercising in the September of 2006. I haven't worked out for 3 months and even ate pizza after 10 p.m.. However, neither do I gain or lose any weight. I look the same as before (measurements are the same). Does that mean that I'm doomed to weight that much?
Now I'm between 5'6 and 5'7, usually wear size 4. But I really want to fit into size 2...... I don't have much muscle and want to be tight too. What can I do?
