There are always a selection of bugs going around. Most of them are self limiting and dont last more than 48 hours. Keep your fluid levels up and dont eat anything greasy or spicey. If it lasts longer than 3 days get medical advice;

There is a lot of flu type bugs going around the Mids. Most people at work have had it.

Wish it would go away, I been feeling rotten since new year.

Yes, I have seen it reported on the news on ABC. This time of year is very hard on the body with the weather changes. This year has been more crazy than normal.

Think there must be my mum has had diarrhoea I'm keeping away and have heard a few more have had sickness as well I don't want to catch it

i think there's one going around the northwest (manchester) i felt like that last night, it's not nice at all is it? feeling nauseated. my co worker said her daughters have been like that and others have been remarking the same thing. hope its not fatal or anything :-(
