go and see a doctor tomorrow since I have a sore throat?

No. Just add some common salt to a glass of warm water, and gargle for full 5 minutes with the solution reaching upto your throat. (Keep your head turned back as far as possible when you start the gargle.) Make the solution strongly salty, but dont swallow any of the solution. Spit out the solution when it gets to room temperature in your mouth.
Repeat this gargle four times at intervals of 3 hours or two and a half hours. Avoid drinking very cold fluids, and dont strain your throat by swallowing hard stuff or by excessive talk.
You should find a lot of relief by tomorrow. If you dont, then only you need to see a doctor.

If you have had it for more than three days, and it is accompanied by a fever, then yes certainly go.
In the mean time try gargling with salt water, take some tea with honey in it, and get some zinc lozenges, it all really helps.

I think you should. You might have strep-throat. I hope you don't Strep hurts.
