Not much will help you if you have a "flu bug" Plenty of rest and water if you can keep it down. Try taking a tylenol before you lay down to rest.
If you think you may be pregnant don't take any drugs until you talk to your doctor.
Try to rest.

Honey.
There can be so many reasons for stomach pain and vomiting some just minor and inconvenient like a stomach bug to life threatening like Appendicitis or blocked bowel.
Really your best bet would be to go to the Dr; pronto or get a home visit..
If you had some take away , or prepared food from a canteen etc. and felt sick within a couple of hours later, then my guess is a stomach Bug.
Especially if you have cramp wind pains bloated and diarrhea.
Drink lots of fluids , make sure you get your electrolytes put back in . You'll feel really tired and dizzy if you don't, Gator Aid Power aid will do in the short term, but get the electrolyte powder from the Pharmacy. don't eat until it starts to feel a little better and vomiting has nearly stopped. Then eat crackers and broth. for a day or so. Ginger will help with the nausea feeling.
If you have pain around your navel belly button really bad or on your lower right side then seriously consider Appendicitis, Then serious it could burst.
If your bowel feels like it's tied in knots and you can see it moving and you are vomiting then it could be blocked so also requires medical attention without delay.

Ginger Ale, Pepto, Drinking a glass of warm water in the morning with some lemon juice (I read that on Yahoo! Answers...it's supposed to balance the ph in your stomache/body and help you digest better or something along those lines..). I would have a doctor check it out if the symptoms persist though. Good luck; Hope you feel better!

Is it accompanied by a fever? If so you may need emergency care. If not, try over-the-counter meds such Pepto-Bismol, Immodium A-D, and there's a liquid called Emeritol that's good for nausea and vomiting. Sometimes this is called a 24-hour bug and it can be gone in a day or so. But sometimes it can last longer because it has to run its course. I hope that you start to feel better real soon!

Sweetie, try a bit of dry toast for the pukeing, & a little warm milk it will put the lining back on your tummy. To stop the pain try to sleep clutching a hot water bottle, it will ease the ache. xxx

Honey, honey, honey!!! I swear by it !!! And I use it, everytime I have an upset stomache!! It has organic substances that coat that stomache ache , EVERYTIME!!! Honey is also good for cuts, and small abrasions!!! Its loaded with antioxidants, too!! And I would much rather put something as organic in my stomache, as honey , anyday!! Then, chemically made Mallox, or Mylanta, or all of the other drugs, on the market!! Smile, it works!!!!
