I hear so much about the dangers of teflon. Is it safe to cook with those non stick cookware? It's the same materials that make those george foreman grills right? Are there substances or toxins that gets into the food?

Its safe until it starts flaking off. My George Foreman grill was great for about a year of regular use, then it started flaking. This also happened to my mom and my best friend.

Yes, it's safe on cookware. Teflon is only unsafe at temperatures over 280 degrees Celcius. I think in Farenheit so you'll have to get a scientist to convert it for you, if need be.
