have him see an otolaryngologist.
It sounds like it may have something to do with his adenoids... which can be removed...
But it may even be as simple as a chronic sinus infection. Regardless I wouls have him see this type of specialist.

My Guess is he aso has bad breath, probably what ever is sitting in his stomach when he sneezes is the culprit. Some people have stinky breath not from thier moutns and teeth but from the air in their stomach. I hate to point out a single race but Korean's eat Kim Chi which stinks BAD and they stink bad because of it sitting and rotting in their stomach.

But I have never heard of anyone's sneeze stinking, do you just sit too close or is he sneezing out both ends at once? I think he should see the Dr, he may have a desease and the odor could be a signal. Some people say they can smell death, maybe you are one of them.

Oh well, Kill him, collect the insurance and by yourself a boytoy.

Is he taking any medication, especially antibiotics? Does he have any allergies? Is the same smell emitted when he coughs (deeply). The cause could be something simple or something major. It can probably be diagnosed with some simple tests. Have him see his primary care physician. That doctor may recommend that he see an otolaryngologist.

Whatever the answer is, I don't think I want to know.
But sneezes are often times couped with an expulsion of air that is not just from the nose.
My guess would be from his diet, and his own body chemistry.

I can't imagine why you would want to smell your husband's sneezes, but the answer is if they smell badly he has an infection in his sinus cavities, ears, nose, mouth, throat or lungs.

I'm not trying to be funny, but I know sometimes when people sneeze they pass gas at the same time. Is it possible that he is doing this?
