I know that a temperature that's above 98.6ºF is considered a fever and abnormal, but what about a temperature below that? If having a temp above normal is considered a problem, is having one below normal a bad thing too?
This has been bugging me for a while, because many times when I'm really sick I don't have a fever, but instead have a temperature in the 97ºF's. =/

Usually I don't get very cold, sometimes I do but it's really cold out. But in class, and in the car when the heat's on I burn up fast. I'll get hot and even start sweating when other people don't even notice how hot it is. whats up with this?

I am starting to drink more water during the day and am concerned that I am going to develop more of a gut because of it. Also, is it true or a myth that drinking more water helps your skin complexion?

I want to make sure I'm asking the right question here and that it's clear. I'm looking for a natural product that will at least help me get the most out of my weightlifting routines. By "make the most out of" I mean making sure that my muscles recover enough, get all the nutrients they need, etc. I have heard from a lot of people that whey protein is the way to go, but since I do not know what's "right" and "wrong", I haven't used anything yet. Please let me know if there are any safe, natural products out there that can help with what I'm describing (and if the best way is that I don't use any products and just eat right, etc, then that's fine too, please just efficiently explain to me what I should do). Thanks!

I normally don't touch the stuff, but decided to try it. I had a couple (literately 2) of hits on sunday night, and surprisingly had a urine test 4 days later; this past thursday actually. Since I'm not a regular or casual user, how long will it last in my system? I have some uncertainties about my results...Thanks!

im a female and im so clumsy. Im the girl that trips on things, walks into walls, bumps her hand on everything, gets scratches and bruises, drops things, spills things, especially food on myself while eating. Like today i did five different things in a matter of 20 seconds. I walked in tripped on my shoes in my way near the door, then i was putting my foodand drink on my table and i dropped the wings and it fell all over the ground and i dropped the drink but it didnt spill cuz of the lid (thank god usually it does) = / and then while coming up i hit my hand on the wall on my way to my room. Wtf is wrong with me. its funny i laugh but i tend to have veryyyyy bad luck with everything and when i tell people my stories they getr so amazed at how much bad luck i have. = / i think im cursedddddd

My head/sinuses hurt and I just got back from the doctor with the diagnosis maybe 10 minutes ago. I don't really feel like exercising but maybe I should. Should I take a brisk walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes anyway? Ugh--I've been so good and haven't skipped a day of exercise for weeks now. Please help. I forgot to ask the doctor if I should exercise for the next day or so until the antibiotics kick in.

Thanks!

Sorry if this offends anyone... its just that when I need to go to the toilet it usually comes out really fast and I'm done in not much more time than just having a wee. My boyfiend on the otherhand spends an age in there and he says its cos it literally takes that long to get it all the way out, not cos he's just sitting there for the fun of it. He says his muscles just don't seem to push, instead it feels like it's being sucked back up, hmmm lovely! Does he have a constipation problem??? Why does it vary so much from person to person?

He's 5 years old. This is his first blood test. So not sure how he'll react.

Can he sit on my lap ? - so i can comfort him & try to hold him still.

What's the best way to keep him still.

He's gonna hate it - & scream the place down.

My husband got a flu shot about 2 months ago and his arm is still very sore, especially on days when it is cold. Today he cant even lift his arm straight up but he never had this problem until this year when he got his shot. What's causing this and what can he do to ease it? Should he go to a doctor?
