My head/sinuses hurt and I just got back from the doctor with the diagnosis maybe 10 minutes ago. I don't really feel like exercising but maybe I should. Should I take a brisk walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes anyway? Ugh--I've been so good and haven't skipped a day of exercise for weeks now. Please help. I forgot to ask the doctor if I should exercise for the next day or so until the antibiotics kick in.

Thanks!

You can exercise if you want but since you feel lousy it is certainly ok to skip a day.

you should rest until you get better..your body is fighting a infection and needs all the strength it can get
