how can u tell if u lowered ur colesterol or not i need an awnser no one has gaven me a awnser yet

The best and most reliable way to tell if your cholesterol level has been lowered would be to check with your family doctor and have a cholesterol level taken before and after.
If your cholesterol level after is less than the one before ... then your level is lower.

Only a blood test can give you results of your blood cholesterol level, you need to see your doctor. Usually they test at six month intervals with exersize, diet and medication.
