Hello my friend, Yours, believe it or not, is a very
very big problem in this RUSH-Rush society of ours. You seem to have received more dietary advice than anything else, I noted -AND- although that is very true and good advice, I have quite another avenue for you: I will begin by giving you some specifics as far as your diet is concerned. I noted that one answerer gave advice re: veggies. Very good advice at that. Any diet with brussel sprouts and Carrots
most certainly, will assist you in your dietary quest for gass-less-ness, we'll call it. Another fact, is that, you should stay away from any fiber, or at least, cut way down on your consumption of the same. There is a relatively new and very popular procedure that people are doing annually as part of their annual physical and it's simply called a: colon cleansing.
The only thing that I know about this is what I have read and those that I know personally, that swear by it. I have been told that it is not only effective for gas, but also, makes you feel
physically cleansed and fabulous.
Now, as for the non-medicine treatment for gas: Use a drop of peppermint, cinnamon or ginger extract mixed in a cup of water. This recipe relaxes the muscles of the esophagas, allowing gas to escape, if you will pardon my frankness, at either end. I also looked up a site for you on Google and found many more answers for you, should you wish to examine other possibilities. The site is:
MotherNature.com
I hope this assists and I wish you good health.

Hurry, worry and curry create a lot of digestive problems. Substantial meals at three times a day or small amount of food at regular intervals works good for the digestive system. Avoid heavy meals at dinner 'cause it takes a lot of time and energy to digest food when you are at bed. Students like you should eat at least three good meals. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

gas is by a bad diet. Drink cidar vinegar, you can drink it strait, or dilute in water. Also, take some medamucille powder, this will make you poop, what is causing the gas. Pay attention to what you eat.

you didn't give a lot of detail. Many foods cause gas. The rist two that come to mind are milk products and grains. Try elimination and then gradual substitution.
