Oven cleaner.. The aerosol vapours are really strong.
Most cleaners are very harmful if they are swallowed.

I've heard that some people have passed out from ammonia.
The combination of Comet (original powder type) and bleach is dangerous, and I'm sure people have (at least) passed out from being where both are being used at the same time.
I nearly passed out once from a generic pine-type cleaner. It was very strong, and we had poor ventilation where we lived then.
Bug sprays/bombs have been known to harm people. That's why you're supposed to get out of the house after setting them off.
Certain oven cleaners (sprays) have done it

Are you talking about from inhalation or ingestion?
Well...
Not a product, but a household occurance- carbon monoxide poisoning.
Nyquil or other such medicines/narcotics.
Bleach and other strong cleaning products.

Probably all of them if you are stupid enought to Smoke, Eat, Snort, or Shoot them into your veins. But none will if you use as directed.
