Yes, definitely. Ulcers are caused by stress (and/or certain foods). You can get bad stomach aches from your nerves caused by stress. You can have trouble digesting your food due to stress.

Stress can do many other things to your mental and physical health. You should really get a check-up, and let the doctor know what's going on with your stomach.

Yes indeed ... I developed a very severe case of diverticulitis from stress and finally had to get surgery to remove that portion of my colon which kept getting infected.

when i was young I was in a lot of conflict at school and I got really bad stomach aches. I had to release this stress my dad said it does no good to hold it in so he said who is bothering you. i didnt want to say cause it was a huge bully. So he said the only way this is going to go away is if you release all this stress into this bully. so in gym class I broke his orbital eye socket bone shattered his nose and broke his teeth out and his damn clavical with a hockey stick..You go boy you go. stomach aches went away and i was a damn hero..YESSSSSSSSSSSS

yes..i had signs of ulcers at a young age (still young as a matter of fact.) u just have to find ways to calm urself down, and try not to point to alcohol or drugs....excersise; eat; meditate; take ur vitamins..u will b alright....
