perfectally normal. Mental concentration can affect you physically as well. As you learn, and become more comfortable with the job, it will go away.

Yes, you will feel tired. Think of all the new things you have to work out and put into practice quickly.
It's not just the things related to the job; it's also the associated things - different commute, remembering everyone's names and what they do, finding lunch, discovering your way around the premises, fathoming out the written and unwritten rules an regulations of the Company, people to avoid, people to show how good you are at your work, etc, etc.
It usually takes me a couple of weeks to get settled at a new job.
