For some reason, the left side of my nose bridge tends to have small muscle spasms whenever I get aggravated about something. I didn't really think there was muscle or anything like that up there to speak of.

Plus, my neck and sometimes my upper tends to have pretty small spasms if I get really, really mad. Normal reaction to strong emotions?

i had a bad headache the other day and my girlfriend, whos dad takes vicadin offered to give me some. I was tempted to take it from her but i was worried it would react with the medicines i take now which are trileptal (for epilepsy) and Strattera(ADD)..would anyone know if its dangerous to just take a small dose? i looked online and i couldnt find any bad interactions between both of them.

Okay, so lately my friends are like showing me all this stuff of how they slaughter animals and stuff. and it's really sick, but i've had soo many weight issues since i was like 12, i dont know if it would be safe. i've always known what's happened in the salughter house, but i didnt know how bad it really was, like the details. i wanna be a vergetarian, because i feel bad, but i hate most vegetables. i dont know what i should do.

i have very VERY low self confidence that is causing depression and other things. no suicidal thoughts or anything. i just cant seem to think of anything good about myself. i am not going to a therapist or talking to a parent about it. i talked to my school nurse and that didnt really help, my friends try to compliment me often but it doenst work. the last time i talked to my parents about something like this they freaked out and wouldnt even talk to me for days. i have bad experiences with therepists. any good tips for getting a higher self confidence? every little bit helps

So... I just smoked my first cigarrette, and I'm not sure if I did it right... I didn't swallow any of the smoke just blew it back out. But... how do I get the smell off my breath? And the taste? Mom doesn't suspect it yet but I know I'm able to suspect when people have...

You may think me rude or whatever, but honestly why do people smoke? It causes lung cancer and what not and IT KILLS YOU?
Why do it? Smoking is stupid, it kills you, doesn't make you look any older or cooler, and it effects people around you!

When I get a cold or cough, It induces my asthma. When I have bad asthma, I get bad migraines. My head hurts so bad that I start to throw up.

It happened at school all this week.

Monday, had a cough, got asthma, got migraine, threw up, went home.

Came back Wednesday, same thing, went home, Came back today, same thing!

I get so sick and I ca't even stay in school the whole week!

My headaches are so bad that I barf alot and get sent home.

Help please!

I know i've already asked this. But i really need help and advice please.

Suffer from really bad anxiety symptoms :

Sweating
Trembling
Feeling sick
Pounding Heart
Very dry mouth.- So dry i can't swallow, or speak.

Are these symptoms normal?
Why do i get them?

Really need advice on controling them, please

How long after smoking cannabis would it be detected on a swipe test. The one where a sweat sample is taken from your forehead. Does it detect if you are under the influence or if you have smoked earlier that week??????????
