Get the dog some Advantage of Frontline from the Vet. Then get an exterminator to come bomb the house (you cannot do this yourself the ones you buy in the store are no good).
Fleas multiply grandly. Please do something for the dog and yourself.

Any good anti-itch creme.
But the real bad news is that just like the Sith in stars, there is never only 1 flea. If you have 1 flea, you probably have thousands. If you don't get on that right away, soon enough you will have millions of the little critters.

Soap and water, followed by Caladryl [a mix of calamine and benedryl]. And de-flea the dog and house. One, she'll get more if you don't, and two, you see how she feels, so you know how the dog feels, eh?

I'm not trying to be mean, but you should probably wash all of the stuff in your house/shampoo the carpet, etc, because if there is one flea, there are obviously more. I just don't want you to get an infestation or anything.

may sound strange, but Aunt Helen swore by meat tenderizer. Honest! Make a paste with a lil water & apply directly to bite.

Unless she's allergic, no treatment is needed. It's usually less severe, and definitely less threatening, than a mosquito bite.

Don`t scratch.
For soothing effect try aloe vera, or Vick Vaporub.
Actually, it shouldn`t be larger than a mosquitoe bite, if it is it might be another thing.
