what's the cause? I've read it might be due to sinus infection...

First I would like to laugh...hahahahahahahahaha...ok now I can talk . The smell can be coz the one don't care about his breth or having a problim in digestion so the food is still in....u may ask what is the relation...I tell u...the mouth open in the same opening of the nose so any affect the mouth breth affect the nose and also if the stomach has ingasted food it can generate gases which has a smell....also the smell is related to tonsilitis (an inflamation in tonsils) ...cheers...

Perhaps the sneezer needs to see a Doctor in order to determine the cause of the smell.

I know someone whose sneezes STINK and the person also has bad breath. I think that's the connection.
