I've had a scab on my bottom lip for a few weeks now and it just won't heal. I think it started out as a cold sore.

It seems to start to get better during the day, but then it will bleed overnight and i'm back to square one. I've been trying not to aggravate it, but it's impossible to eat/drink/brush teeth without getting wet lips and so the scab softens and comes off before healing properly.

I've tried vaseline, blistex and a couple of other creams. Does anyone have any suggestions for how i can get rid of it? I look like I've got a horrible disease and it's really upsetting me.

I wasn't sure where to post this but here goes:

I sometimes think that I am cruel when I reflect on something I say but when I just say it or think it I laugh.

examples: (These haven't happened in real life - Only in my mind)
If an old lady who could barely walk started crossing the street and fell over I would laugh, then she would get hit by a truck ending up in a wheelchair and someone would throw rocks at her and kill her - I would find this very hilarious.

Another example A blind man walking down a street, kidnap him and put him on a highway to see how long he lasts (You could have a competition to see who dies last)

If someone was an orphan I would think "Suck SHi*" You're parents are Dead!

I laugh during movies such as Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Saw, Brother (When guy stabs other guy with broken bottle in the eye)

I have made my own scenarios to Saw (People kill their best friends pointlessly then kill themselves

I really hope North Korea blows someone up

I am a working mother of 2 children. My life is busy-so I expect to be tired. I work out moderately - I eat well & I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep at night.
Without excessive caffine...how can I keep energized throughout the day?? Some mornings I am really dragging myself out of bed & feel like I'm dragging throughout the day.
Any suggestions?

My wife doesn't like meds for anything she thinks its just a part of life and i sould deal with these things. Well i'v been stressed out about work and money and life in genaral. I went to doc and he said to take a med to help well i told my wife and she blew up on me. She said i sould of talked to her about it but she is one of the the reasons im stressed. What to do?

I awoke last night watching Jackie Brown and my screen was red, like blood red. I know Jackie Brown is not a scary movie and no way near as gory as Q. Tarantino other movies but for some reason my screen was red. I changed the channel to something else and the screen went back to normal. I changed back and it was that same red. I decided to get up to ensure that I was indeed awake.

As this ever happened to anyone else?

I should add I'm going through sleep therapy and was using a CPAP machine which I took off.
