With the information you have given, locating it on drugs.com, is not working, as you have asked to know what kind of pill this is, the best answer would be to call poison control with pill in hand. They will be able to answer your question fully. hopefully you will get the problem resolved. On a side note, you should never have unidentifiable medication, it should always be in a marked bottle.

Just like everyone else is telling you, I would call a pharmacy. If you call Wal-Mart and tell them you were cleaning out your medicine cabinet, you don't have to tell them who you are if you don't want them to know. You never know what you may have come across, so sometimes its good to be anonymous!

You can go to webmd.com and bring up the PDR and find any prescription drug.
