It sounds like you are not in the correct position for driving. Try moving your seat back or forward, or even moving the back rest. If you are female wear some comfy heels (or flats) to change the driving position. You shouldn't get achy from just two hours a night if you were sitting correctly.

I've driven a clutch since I first started driving. I'm trying to imagine what you've been doing that would cause your leg to hurt. Whatever it is, it can't be good for your car's transmission. As for the sore muscles, try warm packs, or a hot bath with epsom salts.

Apply Icy hot. It is a muscle that is sore. Soak it in a bath with Epsom salt.. A Bath???? what is that. Ha... Most people use the shower and forget what the benefits of a good relaxing bath will do.....

Just rest it as much as you can. Maybe the car seat is too far back so you are overstretching your legs when reaching for the pedals?
Good Luck for the test! It took me 4 goes before I passed.

Give it a rest, if you've mastered the clutch you don't need to put any more stress on the muscle.
Good luck on the test.

plenty of rest. try some deep heat or a hot bath. Could it be a cramp? If it is some gentle stretching will help. If it is a pull then plenty of rest.

Long hot bath and a support bandage, and stop stressing about the test, you'll be fine !

Sounds like sciatica. No quick fix I'm afraid - ibuprofen might take the edge off it.
