It seems since you say she is the cause is that she likes you stressed and even stressed you out more when she found out you found a remedy. It seems like you are in a jeoperdising relationship. She should make you stronger and complete you.
You should be less stressed and not more. Think of your life before her, if you were not stressed or less stressed, you are trading your health for a corrupt relationship.
Either way she should support you in such issues if she cares. It is obvious she want you stressed to control you in that vulnerable state.
This is my opinion and it is my suggestions. This is not my field of profession, am an Ambassador in the reconciliation Mission Ministry. Hope you get relief.

Well, you aren't her. You don't have to do what she does, you are you're own person. If she doesn't like to take meds, fine. My boyfriend doesn't either. He has medical problems and gets the presc. but won't take them. I think that's not very smart. The doctor wants you to take the med for a reason, he's just not giving it to you for fun. If you have a different opinion and want to take your medication, then do it. Who is she to tell you how to treat you're body? What if it was life or death or could prolong you're life? There are many factors here deeper then you think then just being stubbron. Just try it. That's all you can do. Don't let her tell you what to do when it's YOU"RE body.

when it comes to health mental or physical you need to take care of yourself. There are different ways to relieve stress. There's sports, music, meditation, long hot showers or baths and natural meds. perscription meds are ok if you really need it. I don't think that she should have blown up about it. You can tell her how you feel about why you are stressed and maybe she can be supportive. Health is not something to play with.
