Trying to prevent surgery.

There is no real medication. There is a preparation in the market in some countries called Catalin Eyedrops, it is made somewhere in the far east I guess, but every single physician knows it is useless.. just a hoax..

Cataract can only be treated by surgery.. and as others answered here before me, it is a simple surgery, almost always done with local anesthesia and you get rapid visual rehabilitation afterwards..

It is not a risk-free surgery of course, it does have complications... but the new technologies made that quite an uncommon occurence..

I encouage you to proceed with the surgery cuz leaving the cataract for a long time will make it harder and that doesn't help the surgeon much.. Softer cataracts are much easier to extract.. there is no point waiting as it will get denser and vision will decrease gradually till a point you will have no other choice but doing it..

if you have any further questions that will help you get over your fears please feel free to email me..

Have a nice day..

No there is not any homeopathic ways to remove a cataract. I have heard an advertisement that an eye drop can dissolve the cataract, which is a false advertisement. An outpatient surgery to remove the cataract is the only way to restore sight from this condition.

cataracts are a physical barrier to sight. The only treatment is to have them physically removed.

The surgery takes 10 minutes and is painless with no pain afterwards. For you sake, stay away from homeopathy for anything.
