I am not trying to be rude. I love all people young and old. I am just wondering because my husband's grandmother is usually very grumpy. She yells about everything big and small. I even remember my own grandma (may God bless her soul) to be sort of the same way. Were they grown up with this kind of nature, or do they eventually become like that as they age? Why does that happen?

Placing tooth brushes in the dispenser starts to smell

When placing toothbrushes, tooth paste in the tooth paste dispenser, after few weeks or months, it starts to smell. Any house hold remedies? I guess since it gets wet and allergies gets build up.

How would you remove a mark like a birthmark from your body without plastic surgery or professional help? I always feel so self conscience about it and I would pretty much do anything to get rid of it and I almost tried cutting it, so I will do anything. Please any suggestions!! Here's the background: I am currently a student in the healthcare industry and will be (along with doctors and others) responsible for the well-being of many critical care patients in a hospital setting when I graduate. I chose this field because I love to help people and felt that I was wasting my love of science and problems solving on office jobs. Of course, as most health industry jobs, the pay is very good for the amount of schooling required and this contributed to my decision as well.
Here's the problem: I am having some anxiety about the idea that I may make a mistake someday and it could really hurt someone. I am a smart girl, but very senesitive and I don't know if I could handle the guilt of somethinglike that. Do any other healthcare students have these fears?

I have been to a spech therapist and she said that my lisp is mild and that i can maybe sort this out by practising the sounds in frount of a mirror daily. But i have forgot how to pronouce these sounds correctly. Someone once said to me that if i sort of smile when i am saying a 's' word, this forces my tongue back, so the 's' is prnonounced correctly..? Can anyone please describe to me again where in my mouth do i put my tongue whilst making those sounds/words? Thanks :)
