Try some herbal sleeping tablets - they will knock you out, and you will feel great in the morning! (You may even wake up in the same position you fell asleep in...)

Let me begin by helping u understand ur problem:
Dreams occur when ur mind is in a particular state of sleep, this state occurs AFTER a very deep sleep state. So first u go deep into sleep then mind slowly comes out of it and u see dreams, then again mind goes deep into sleep and again it arouses slowly and dream state comes.
So u can understand that state of dreams is a slightly aroused state, since u r having more of dreams it explains ur fatigue.
The Solution:
1. U could b under some stress, think abt it are u? if u r then before sleeping think abt the thing causing stress and think abt the possible ways u can solve it the next day,.. that is think positively and confront the problem.
2. U may be having tea/coffee closer to bedtime.
3. U may be watching TV in bed, though its ok for most of us, for some people sleep gets disturbed

Everyone dreams whether they remember them or not. Dreams are necessary and healthy. You're not waking up fatigued because of them. Most likely, you're fatigued because you're not getting regular sleep. That will cause you to dream more too. Lack of sleep can also cause more vivid dreams as well as nightmares.
Make sure you're going to bed at around the same time each night. Your goal should be a minimum of 6-7 hours sleep.

Hi there,
Try something very simple. Change the time that you go to sleep. Add an extra hour. So that if you are going to bed at midnight, now go to sleep between 11 to 11.30 p.m.. Then stick to this time for most days of the week, at least 5 days of the week.
Also before drifting into sleep, lie down straight on your back, take deep breaths for about 10 minutes and when you start feeling sleepy just turn around on your side and drift of into deep sleep.
I hope this helps.

After taking the food in the night, go for a sedanty walk in a park nearby your place. Open space has a lot of inherent energies which you can breath in. Coming back to your home, sit on the bed and do meditation for five minutes hy chanting metnally your family deity's name.

there is no remedy as dreaming is not an illness. you might be having many dreams because you may have too many things going on in ur life. try to calm down. don't put too much on ur plate. if you want, take a weekend off and do whatever you want. that may ease your stress.

A lot of it may come from eating to close to bedtime, and also, if u have a lot of things on ur mind that u have yet to resolve. Your subconcious is always at work, and i believe that is where they all come from!
