Well, obviously if you don't have ANY sense of smell, you will need a second opinion on the aromas issuing from your room, your belongings and your person.

More importantly, you can't tell if something in your fridge has gone bad. A good rule is "Once the milk gets chunky, throw it out."
I have a friend with no sense of smell, actually. He has to ask his wife if things in the fridge are bad.

Ask your neighbour and invite them go to your home eat dinner, if they all rung away , you should know your room smells bad/ have problem.

ask someone who can smell. and just buy an Oust fan more than likely if you don't keep your room picked up, and vacuumed it smells

You can by looking at your room to see if there are signs of rats, or rotten eggs. You could also here the rats. You could accidently stick out your tongue and taste something funny.

If people avoid visiting you and your room.....
To be on the safe side take showers, put deodarent, perfume and keep your room clean and tidy.
