Last week I made the decision to give up caffeine and have just finished day 7. I know this will be better for me in the long run but right now my body is feeling completely out of whack; I'll feel sleepy, nervous and jittery, shaky, irritable, and today I was having some odd memory trouble (forgetting what I walked into the living room for, passwords, etc). My only logical guess is that these are withdrawl symptoms. How long will it last and is there any way to get rid of it faster?
