Its said that when you sleep you grow and if you exercise and drink a glass of milk a day. Honestly there are no pills or miricle things to help you grow. To treat your body the healthiest you can get it thats when your going to get the top best from your appenrence. I suggest eating healhy working out (yoga) getting plenty of sleep. If you dont get taller there are many guys who are attracted to short girls and a women doesnt stop growing till like 21. I have always been taller then girls and guys when i was 20 i met my husband and he makes me look short and i know now why god made me tall. If you do your best to take care of yourself then thats your best and you need to except yourself and when you meet that one person for you they will love every detail about you.

Look at the average height in your family for the other females. Yeah, that's how tall you are gonna be. Sorry. Unless you get that procedure where they make tiny breaks in your shins to lengthen your legs (extremely painful for only a small height increase) then you are out off luck,
