Sometimes. Sometimes it just stays centred or roll down. Sometimes is rolls to left and sometimes to the right

yes, if I release all eye muscles they do roll upwards. I have also noticed the same happens when you fall asleep.

No they don't ...it takes muscle action to roll your eyes upwards. Also...just another tibit of interesting information ..when you are awake your eyelids do not require muscle action to keep them open ....but when you sleep or close your eyes you are working the muscle to keep them closed.
