I have been to a spech therapist and she said that my lisp is mild and that i can maybe sort this out by practising the sounds in frount of a mirror daily. But i have forgot how to pronouce these sounds correctly. Someone once said to me that if i sort of smile when i am saying a 's' word, this forces my tongue back, so the 's' is prnonounced correctly..? Can anyone please describe to me again where in my mouth do i put my tongue whilst making those sounds/words? Thanks :)

Okay, I have done a lot of research on here to find some sites that may offer visual recordings of someone using these sounds and come up with nothing. Here is my suggestion on this. Find a friend and record them saying these sounds, add them to the computer and play them as needed.

Also ask a speech therapist if he/she has programs that you can get that they can recommend. Sorry I could not be of more help.
