Team work is simply more than one person working to achieve the same goals, dreams, etc...

For example:
in a marriage, the husband and wife would be the team.
in a family, Mom Dad and child(ren) would be the team.
in a business, all the employees would be the team. (sometimes the boss may actually be on the same team but usually the boss wants his pockets filled a little differently than his employees)
In all instances, everyone would want to strive to reach the same goals in life. Working together for the common good of all team members

Achieving the same goal - not being jealous but a great team e.g. working hand in hand!
