In addition to bottled water, you can also first boil the water - then cooling it off before consumption.

To be sure, get the water tested.
Some resources are:

Good luck - and hope the baby is better!

I like coles answer, but it doesnt address liability.

I think you live in thurston county, but Im not sure. Whereever you live, the county has a department of environmental health that inspects restaurants, and does a whole LOT more.

Lets assume the county you live in is thurston.
I searched for "thurston county environmental health", and found:
http://www.co.thurston.wa.us/health/ehadm/index.html

Scanning down the page, I found "water quality lab", a service of the thurston health department. Other counties may call it something different, but they all offer the same basic services.
http://www.co.thurston.wa.us/health/ehdw/index.html

They give a local phone number, and links that describe how to take a water sample, where to drop it off, and the testing fees.

If your water is given by an entity like an apartment complex, and the test reveals something in the water, the health department will have to get someone out there to do an official test to establish responsibility or liability.

This test will tell you IF the water is your problem. An official can do another inspection based on the results of this inspection and they can establish if the apartment complex, or your water supplier has liability.

It looks like the tests run about $20 each, but you would have to confirm that with someone at your county health department.

You would have to get a hold of you're WATER COMPANY.And Tell Them You Need You're Water Tested, because you need a test sample To give to the hospital to see if it's making you're baby sick.I had My water Tested When i was setting up my salt water fish tank.Because it had to be pretty clean to use or my fish would become very ill and possible Die.

Take a sample to your local health department - or better call and ask where to take your water sample to be tested - some city charge for this service!@

call the local water dept. They can tell you how to have it tested. In the mean time buy bottled water.
