I've been sleeping a ridiculous amount lately. I wake up at 6am, work until 5, and then take a nap when I get home. I wake up from the nap usually around 7:30, and then I am tired again at 9 and usually end up going to bed at 9:30. I have never had such awful sleep patterns before, there is no change in my diet, and I have not changed where I sleep.
Aside from drinking coffee, which I'm trying to avoid because it makes me very anxious, can you give any suggestions that will help me stay awake and alert?
If it helps, my job isn't very stressful, and I find myself droopy-eyed when the workload is minimal.
