How long is it safe to wear chastity belt continuosly?

I'm just guessing as I've not had the "privilege", but I presume that it's safe indefinitely as long as it's on properly and adjusted to the "victim's" body frame. That is, it shouldn't be pressing on anything in a pinching or pressured way, unless the victim is trying to not be chaste. ;-) I do know that they are designed for long-term use.
