A lot of times when I stand up, my vision turns brownish, and I get an ache in my forehead area. I feel like I'm going to pass out, but never do. It subsides in a few seconds. Normally I'd get an occurrence of this once in a while, but lately it's been doing it pretty much at least once a day.

I have no history of medical problems and I don't have diabetes. I get enough to eat.

getting enough to eat has nothing to do with your blood sugar or blood pressure. If you're eating foods with a very high glycemic index you could be spiking your sugar levels. After a spike, the sugar in your blood races downwards thus giving you a sugar low. This can cause dizziness.
Or, you may be suffering from low blood pressure. This can be caused by numerous factors. However, if this continues it will be best to see a doctor as it may be a symptom of something more serious.

It can be because of hypotension, which is just a big word for low blood pressure. Low blood pressure is usually relieved by eating. Make sure you are eating enough and regularly...it should relieve the problem. And when it happens...sit down and eat something. It doesn't sound like it's anything other than that...especially if you don't have any other symptoms.

The real question is: Do you eat enough of the right things?

You may be iron deficient. Do you sometimes feel a little tired? Or you could be dehydrated. That may be why you have that fake blackout thing going on.

When I'm not watching what I eat that happens to me.

Try drinking vitamin water and eating more vegetables like broccoli.

Well I dont want to scare you but you could have a brain tumour.

I hope it's not, but don't wait with stuff like that and get a CT scan or MRI done asap.

You could even have blocked veins or an aneurism waiting to happen...you just never know, but it doesn't sound like "nothing" that's for sure.

Better see a doctor. With the excessive heat we've had, you could be suffering heat exhaustion. Drink lots of liquids and take a good multi vitamin. Check with your md.

It doesn't matter what people here say, even if they know what might be happening to you!! Anything that is not normal for your body needs to be reported to a doctor, especially if it is messing with your eyesight!!!

I'd say go to the ER immediately the next time it happens.

You should really see your care provider really soon to be safe.

You could be anemic (not getting enough iron) - Do you take multivitamins? Is it worst when you menstruate (assuming you're a female)
