Have you talked to your doctor/occupational therapist? They will be able to give you exercises that apply directly to what is wrong with your son's walk. Do not take the advice of someone on here for exercises - it could make it worse! If you're at all concerned about your son's health/well-being, please, always consult your doctor.

Take him to a doctor immediately so he can get help. If you don't want him walking like this for the rest of his life then you need to do something about it.
Maybe all he'll need is a prescription pair of shoes, but he may need a brace of some kind. If exercises are all he'll need than they'll prescribe him the correct ones to do.

Where do you live? You need to get a referral to a physical therapist. In Canada, there is screening that can be done by your child's school that will help assess what he needs and can make recommendations for this type of thing. Most of the time it is free for young children. Don't stop pushing for this...go to the school or your doctor and make sure you get help for him. Early intervention is the key to preventing something that could be life long if not taken care of now! Good for you for knowing that something should be done.

Could you explain how he is walking wrong? Is he walking on tip toes, straight legged, how? I may be able to help since I walked on tip toes until a year ago.

You should also ask a doctor and let them watch him walk.

when it comes to kids...no one will know better than his/her doctor..it's very important to get the right diagnosis...there are leg exercises you can look them up on line..but i don't recommend them until you know exactly why it is there walking wrong.
