I haven't heard of any foods that helps you to grow, but I know that some people are able to gain a few inches by stretching everyday. Stretch your back, arms and legs. I had a friend once who had a crooked spine, and never knew it. He was short, and when he went to the chiropractor, for therapy to get his back straightened out, he was so much taller. You might want to try stretching and get your spine and all that checked out.
