Everything lately seems to be making me either cry until I can't anymore, or make me want to kill every human that I see. What do I do to stop feeling so stressed and moody, and how do you stop stressing too? I'd almost do anything to calm myself down.Help!

Alright please answer!
I have been having lots of mood swings and I cry alot more often like every night recently.It used to be that if I stayed up late that I was exhausted the next day but not anymore and usually I get tierd by twelve o' clock and all of a sudden I don't anymore.I also used to be really good at concentrating and now my mind is like jumping all over the place.I went on the internet and I have most of the symtoms.Should I tell an adult or am I just being paranoid?I would really like a doctor's opinion but others will work too.

I need advice on helping my wife. She wants to take anything that is a drug and she is depressed as well. She's been to rehab twice and has tried to kill herself. She has also overdosed on tylenol. What do I do?

Im perscribed to this stuff, and I dont think Im comftorble with it. I dont like taking drugs, but my doctor says Ill have to be on it at leat 6 months... I have never took it in my life, but she gave it to me in June. Have you or someone you know been taking this? What are the side effects? Do you have to start with .25 mg or can you start with 1? Does it have long term side effects? Is there weight gain or loss? I know its bad to lie to the doctor, but if I tell her, she'll just put me on it longer. I am 15 and I want to know about this so please and thanks.

I'm looking for people willing to start a
political group that will fight for the legal
rights of the Mentally ill.

There are lots of nationally known groups
that offer support and information about
mental illness however, none of them offer
any sort of advocacy for the mentally ill.

Government funded agencies are unreliable
and will almost always side with authorities
in a legal matter.

There are laws that protect the mentally ill
but no one willing to see that they are enforced.
This is where I want to go with this political group.

Pressuring law enforcement to learn about mental illness
and demand that laws protecting the mentally ill be upheld.
Stigma is no longer acceptable and neither is bias.

At camp 30 years ago this tubby kid named Charlie Mingus called me 'Bobby ButtStinko' one day. I didn't crap my pants or even fart or anything. It was just a random insult. But the other kids thought it was Hillarious so it stuck.

6 years later when I walked across the stage to get my diploma there were shouts of 'Go Bobby ButtStinko' from the audience.

A little part of me will always be 'Bobby ButtStinko'...how do I get over it????

Was it the rush of using an illegal sustance? Self Hatred? Indifference towards life? Self destructive tendancies?
I recently parted ways with a friend that was using, she was destroying herself and I couldn't take it anymore.
Why did you make the choice to keep using ?
Did you ever take notice as to how it was tearing someone that loved you apart?
If so, what made you choose the addiction over those that cared?

my sister will not listen..started taking meds for anxiety and now doc has prescribed all of this. she insists doctor is best. but i am worried.. her hubby says sis.. does not sleep at night.. little or no sex drive,affecting relationship. serious answers.. please. i said get second opinion...is this too much..medication..or bad combination. any pysche med experts.. out there or someone with similar experience.

Well, I'm a 21 year old male virgin studying Film and Psychology at NYU - I remember learning in my Psych Class that people who aren't in (or who never had) any intimate relationships cut short their life span by about 15-20 years. Is their any way around this (besides getting a gf)? I want to live as long as I can whilst remaining a virgin and it sucks to know that I'll die earlier just because I'll be a single virgin. I know that I'll never get into or want to get into an intimate relationship but I'm sure that I will want to eventually have two children of my own by cloning - when will the technology become available?

Is it actually true that male virgins older than 20 are looked down at? I thought it was a virtue to remain un-adultered.......and this is coming from an agnostic!

Anyways, any tips any of you have would be great! Thanks!

since i ve started eating differently meaning less and more nutritional and exercising at least evey day i m beginning to take naps. Long naps of 2-3 hours. I eat 3 meals no snacks no sweets and try to drink water but i get really really exhausted after having lunch right before dinner. I ve been having this ugly nightmares about my life and my family being shot by gangsters even my mother and brother were in the dream who are not even here with me anymore. THen my boyfriend and me having bunch of problems in the dream. I am just wondering why cant i have a pleasent dream? weird thing is after i finish dreaming I get really hungry. could it be the hunger? or could it be that i am having too much stress of mi life?

she is just out of control no matter how I discipline her. Mouthy, disprectful, bratty. She travels between my home and her dads. She doens't like her stepmother and her dad doesn't pay much attn to her. Am I just her punching bag for her fathers home environment? I end up losing composure and control with her. I am the parent and supposed to set the example but I am only human and just want to ring her neck at times. It does no good to try and talk with her father. He only tells me what I want to hear and always sides with his wife regarding our children. Help.

My step son thinks he's a dare devil, this damn BMX bike is gonna be the death of him...or us.

the road I'm on now maybe last one I have here too walk down too think about ever thing in life is aways bad nothing can change .i have locked myself up in my own world a world no one know but me. the world I live in is filled with hate and anger.family don't matter to me... life don,t matter at all.. the past really hurts to talk about it or even think about it. friends are slim and none..i aways seem to want to push them out of my life just so they don,t get too know me.its much better not to have any friends .so this way I wont let one more friend down.i know it sound like a prison life that's just me i guess. maybe someday i will let someone in it.....iknow have a thick head I cant help that....thats just me..... no i have not got help for it nt sure how to get help
