Hmm, it is definitely no hunger. I think it is stress. The old saying is the proof ... "One dreams what one worries about during the day"

Sounds more like stress than hunger. The hunger could exacerbate it though. Your body needs to get used to the new system and regulating your blood suger without the junk food. I wouldn't cut out snacks completely, just make sure they are nutritious (fruits, veggies, plain popcorn, juice). Make sure you are getting some fruit with your lunch and drink lots of water (at least 2 liters a day) so that you don't tank after lunch. Fruits and veggies can also help nutrient deficiencies, so eat lots.
If your exercise program is new, it could be contributing to the exhaustion. Try 3 days on, 1 rest day. Exercise is destructive to your tissues. You need the rest days for your body to recover, especially if it is a new routine.
Don't worry--your body will get used to it. After a while you will never want to go back.

First off, I'm no nutritionist, but I'm betting that your dreams have to do with your eating, and what you have before bed or lack thereof. Try a glass of milk (it can be lowfat) just before you slip off to lala land. See if that has any effect. Stay away from anything spicy before sleeping, and definitely cut down on those naps! 2-3 hour naps are not helping your health any. If you nap, keep it as close to 20 min as possible. (I'd have to research the technical explanation for this, but essentially you will feel more rested as you don't go into the brainwave state of deep sleep before 20 min. Once you slip into that state (deep sleep) and then wake up, you won't feel well rested because your body is expecting to sleep that full 8 hours at that point.) Hope this helps. Sweet dreams!

The problem is that you are having medium or large size meals BEFORE you go to sleep. There is a high correlation between eating before naps and nightmares. If your intent is to drop some pounds, stop eating after 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. Your nightmares will stop. In addition, you should also be having 5 small meals per day. Consult your physician to determine the correct caloric intake for you. It is all based on height, age, and gender. Trust me. I know what I'm talking about.

Well your body is probably changing do to the healthier food intake. So that could cause some stress in the mind. The dreams are a reasult of difference in your routine. I predict that soon you will again begin to have good, peaceful dreams. Sometimes even thinking of happy memories or thinking about how well you are in life before you fall asleep will guide your dreams to something a bit better than what you have been dreaming.
Good luck!

it could be both... try to relax
as for the fatigue... you are eating nutritious meals, but not ingestin enough calories... If you are hungry, eat healthy snacks between meals... if you just started an exercise program, dont start off by exercising everyday... the ideal is 3 times a week, skipping a day in between each workout so that your body has time to relax.
hope this helps

Your body may not be getting enough calories, especially if you are exercising for long periods of time. When I was training for the Avon-3 Day (60 Mile Walk) I needed long naps when I came home from a 10 mile+ walk. If you are training for longer than half-an hour a day, your body may need more carbs. (Peanutbutter, Bannanas, and Oranges are good to try)

I don't think the healthy eating is related to the sleeping and nightmares. It sounds like you are full of stress. Maybe the anxiety of not eating as much stresses you out , maybe you are afraid of being hungry. So it's not the excersize or the food, it's the thought of eating less.

first off the dream indicates that you have something happening in your life, that you need to resolve and no one can help you do it, you need (in your dream) to over come the gangsters, which is in fact indicating that you need to over come you weight problem, its affecting you, your mate, and your family, plus in the dream you indicate that your mother and brother are there, well that's you needed for them to be proud of you for you achievements, almost as if you are seeking their approval on your new life style and body. the hunger, is probably a sub conscious depression, when you get depressed you eat, its natural everyone does it. resist the urge to nap, when you get tired don't sleep, get your heart rate back up, sleep at night only, sleeping during the day while you're working out, is going to cause a reverse in the working out. you body requires 20 solid minutes of cardio, to get your heart rate up, so that everything you do for the rest of the day causes you to burn calories and fat. sleeping make you need to start that over again. stay strong, i have all the faith in the world that you will succeed!

Its sounds like you are paranoid, losing weight often makes people feel venerable, so that might be why you are having bad dreams, and the hunger is just your body going through stress and people get hungry when stressed, and your body might be going through changes because of the severe diet change. You should get through it just relax, however you do, like a massage or something. sweet dreams.
